To ensure consistency and efficiency, cameras must be operational and remotely accessible, and the footage quality must be clear enough for monitoring and review. Additionally, clients must provide store and employee schedules for verification-based reporting.
No, our services are limited to video monitoring only. We do not perform audio monitoring.
Special requests, including transaction verification and backdated reviews, may require up to a 24-hour turnaround time. Transaction review requests are also limited to a defined scope and volume.
Backdated investigation requests are limited to 30 days. We also limit these to one special request per location at a time.
